Security Awareness
Eight short films about the everyday habits that keep our customers’ stock and data safe: owning up to mistakes, spotting phishing, looking after logins, locking screens, keeping data on our systems, using AI tools wisely and caring for company kit.
Episode 01:00Welcome to the Line
Jas, a warehouse team leader, explains that our customers trust us with their stock and their data, and that everyone helps keep it safe.
Episode 11:34See It, Say It
Ollie emails a customer file to the wrong address and is tempted to hide it, but Bev tells him to report it to IT straight away. IT recall the email, the Phisherman ends up in a puddle, and Jas explains that nobody gets in trouble for reporting honestly.
Episode 22:01Spot the Hook
A game show hosted by Jas, where Ollie spots the tricks in a fake email, a fake IT phone call and a fake change of bank details, and reports them.
Episode 31:31Your Login, Your Keys
Ollie learns to treat his login like his house keys: never share it, use three random words, and deny and report any sign-in request he did not start.
Episode 41:36Lock It, Shred It, Challenge It
The Phisherman plans a heist on The Finishing Line, but Ollie asks him to sign in, Bev gives him a visitor pass, every screen is locked and the customer paperwork goes in the shredder.
Episode 51:50Data Stays on Our Systems
A nature-documentary parody in which Jas watches a customer spreadsheet try to leave for a personal inbox, Bev points Ollie to company OneDrive and Teams, Ollie hands a found USB stick to IT, and checks the recipient and attachment before sending an email.
Episode 61:33The Very Helpful Robot
A free AI chatbot called Helpy offers to help Ollie with his paperwork, but the Phisherman is hiding inside it. Jas and Bev explain: use only approved AI tools, keep customer data out of public AI, and check what AI tells you.
Episode 71:22Kit Care
Company laptops, phones and scanners need looking after: never leave them on show in a car, report anything lost or stolen straight away so it can be locked, and hand everything back when you leave.
